At the end of the bridge that leads into Venice from the Mainland there is a road sign indicating “Ferry Boat to Lido “. This car Ferry runs every 50 minutes and it takes about 35 minutes to reach it .
From the train station:
Every 10 minutes leaves a Vaporetto (waterbus) towards San Marco :
Lines 51 at 04 -24 -44 of every hours up to 24.14 and 82 (in summertime) are direct via San Marco to the Lido
Then there is line n.1 that after 11pm turns onto the name Line N.
It runs all long the Canal Grande and takes about 50 minutes to reach the Lido. All the other lines above mentioned take about 35 minutes.
From Piazzale Roma:
From Piazzale Roma you can take public water-boat transportation n°1 or 52
Directly to Lido.
With water boat line n° 1 you need 01 hour throught Canal Grande
Meanwhile with water boat line n°52 just 35 minutes
From Marco Polo Airport:
Line Alilaguna according to the arrival of the main flights , leaves in the direction of San Marco and stops at the Lido. It takes about 50 minutes .
From Treviso Airport:
From Treviso Airport you have the public bus to train station of Treviso and you need just 15 minutes to train station of Treviso or you have also a taxi cab and in 05 minutes you are to train station.
From Treviso Airport you have also in connection with arrival fly shuttle bus “Ryanair” directly to Piazzale Roma (bus terminal of Venice)
From train station of Treviso you have every 20 minutes train to Venice (name of train station of Venice its Santa Lucia)
Remember to get-off in Santa Lucia Station of Venice and not in Mestre (stop just before Venice).From train station of Mestre to train station of Venice you have just 15 minutes.

From the Lido Terminal to Hotel
When you leave the terminal turn right, about 300 meters you will cross a small bridge, 2nd on your left approx. 100 meters from bridge is Via Enrico Dandolo, turn left and the hotel is 50 meters on your right.
And to reach San Marco square there is a boat every 5 minutes in day time and every 20 all night long. It takes 12 minutes .
From the Lido Ferry-Boat-Terminal to Hotel
When you leave the terminal turn right, about 1 km. you will cross the main Terminal and immediately after a small bridge, 2nd on your left approx. 100 meters from bridge is Via Enrico Dandolo, turn left and the hotel is 50 meters on your right.(It takes 10 mnts) |
