Villa Laguna is the result of careful restoration of an old Habsburg villa, just a short distance from the only water bus stop; it overlooks the heart of Venice, enjoying a magic view of St. Mark’s Square.
The 2 rooms Suites (bedroom and living room), all facing Saint Mark’s, excellently appointed, large and bright, are furnished in the style of Venetian tradition, They all have a fridge-bar, hair dryer, air conditioning, TV set with satellite aerial, radio, safe and telephone, bathroom with bath and shower; on request, they may also be equipped with a cooking area.

TRAIN The train station is Venezia S. Lucia From the Railway station every 20 minutes leaves a water-bus line 51 that quickly arrives to Lido (40 minutes) or line 1 if you wish a slow fascinating ride on the Grand Canal (1 hour ride). For more information on the train times, you can visit the Trenitalia site www.trenitalia.it.
PLANE Marco Polo airport is situated 12Km overland and 10Km by boat from Venice and is well connected with public transport to Venice (by water and land, and in Mestre Railway Station.
The motorway link road inaugurated in 1991 connects directly Marco Polo Airport to the road network. Every 30 minutes a water bus (named Alilaguna) that covers the journey in 55 minutes leaves from the airport.

CAR Arriving in Venice by car is not a problem: it is well postsigned.
