Villa Casanova is a typical 1930’s Villa, located in a quiet residential area of Venice Lido, located at only 200 mt from the boat station to/from S Marco Square, reachable Day and Night by boat in only 12 minutes. Villa Casanova has been tastefully refurbished with principles of Architecture and Engineering. As a result, we are able to offer our guests high quality, environmentally friendly and safe accommodation.

Villa Casanova has recently been refurbished according to the latest bio-architectural principles. It offers bright, elegant and peaceful rooms some of them overlooking the gardens, some are on Mansard Floor.All have Ensuite bathroom, furnished in walnut wood and handmade wrougth iron beds, decorated in according with Venetian Texiture: Air-conditioning, Tv sat, minibar, hairdryer , telephone in all rooms.
On Mansard and Upper Floor , the anchient wood floor and the Roof-timbers were treated with Natural oil, also all the house's windows.
A rich buffet Breakfasts with a choice of organic products is served in the summer in the graceful garden of Villa. |

How to reach the Villa from:
Railway Station
If you arrive by train, your starting point is the S. Lucia railway station. The "vaporetto" stop is just outside it. Take the no.1 vaporetto – it takes you on a ride through the Grand Canal lasting about a 50 minutes. The no. 51 is a more direct to route to the Lido.
The cost is about Euro 6.50 one way. To save money, we suggest you get a 2-days (48-hour) pass (Euro 26.00 ) or 3 days (72 hours) pass (Euro 31.00); this give you unlimited rides on the boats and buses.
Autoroute
If you'll arrive by car, take the ferryboat direct to the Lido. It leaves every 40 minutes from the Tronchetto area.

We are at only 200 mt from the boat station to/from San Marco Square.
